At Built to Bless, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Free 14-Day Returns
We offer free 14-day returns on eligible items. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Any product packaging (such as straps, wraps, or paper packaging) must remain intact and included with the return.

We'll provide you with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@built-to-bless.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take several business days to process and post the refund.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided (including missing apartment numbers), we'll contact you to verify the correct address.
Because we cover shipping on qualifying orders, a $5 reshipping fee will be required before we resend your package.
Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping speeds up the processing and shipping of your order.
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Because of this, Priority Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the carrier experiences delays.
Black Friday & Promotional Sales
Discounts and promotional pricing are only valid during the advertised promotional period.
Orders placed before or after a promotion cannot be adjusted to receive the discounted pricing.
Unless otherwise stated, our Free 14-Day Return Policy still applies to eligible items purchased during promotional events, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
